1/4 cup (american size) margarine

3/4 cup of sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vainilla liquida

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup of ground up nuts

PREPARATION:
Hi Martin, Here’s the recipe for the brownie cake: Pre Heat oven to 180 C 1 bar Nestle Postres (250 g) 1/4 cup (American size) margarine melt chocolate and margarine in microwave approx. 2 min until margarine is melted. Stir until the chocolate is totally melted. Add 3/4 cup sugar mix well. Then add 2 eggs beat them first. Then add 1 teaspoon vanilla liquida. Mix well. Add half cup (American size) flour and half cup of ground up nuts. Stir all together. Put in greased (use margarine) and floured 9 inch pie plate. Cook for approx. 25 mins. I put timer on for 20 mins then control the last few minutes. Don’t overbake. Put toothpick in center and when it doesn’t come out wet it’s done (TIP/TRUCO). Cool. Makes approx 8 pie pieces. You can cut it up and make more. Nice if topped with icecream and melted chocolate and strawberries. enjoy! Chris
